Trevally can be found in the warm waters of the upper North Island and have a beautifully bluey-green body with silver belly and unique yellow fins.
Their flesh is marbled pink and white, has a low oil content and a medium to soft texture, making Trevally a versatile fish suitable for most types of cooking.
