Tarakihi is an extremely versatile fish and recipe options are endless. Our favourite cooking method is to pan fry Tarakihi coated in a light batter for crunch, or dusted in Middle Eastern spices for a delicious warming meal. Tarakihi Fillets also stand up well to stronger flavours, like being cooked in an Indian fish curry.
